London Gliding Club

flying

Flying a glider requires hand and foot coordination similar to that needed to drive a car. As a student you learn in a dual control glider with an experienced instructor guiding you to proficiency.

Once you have learnt how to fly you can go anywhere! Unlike balloons and paragliders, gliders can easily fly into wind - the pilot really is in control.
